Hungarian Prime Minister magyar said the national budget is in an extremely difficult state and urged the public to be patient over commitments he made following his landslide April election victory.

Tesla (TSLA.O) said customers who order and take delivery of in‑stock Model 3 or Model Y vehicles by Sept. 30, 2026 will receive cash incentives: 5,000 yuan for all in‑stock Model 3 variants and 10,000 yuan for all in‑stock Model Y variants. Selected Model 3 variants are also eligible for an 8,000 yuan insurance subsidy. After all incentives, starting prices are 222,500 yuan for Model 3 and 253,500 yuan for Model Y.

The 2026 Marine Cooperation and Development Forum will be held in Qingdao West Coast New Area Sept. 16-18. The forum, themed “From Blue to the Future — Developing a Sustainable Marine Economy,” will focus on the marine economy, technological innovation and blue finance, and will publish the 2026 China Marine Development Index and other research outputs. Organizers say the event will serve as an international platform for maritime cooperation.
