China Northern Rare Earth (Group) High‑Tech Co. and Tsinghua University unveiled a joint research center for new rare‑earth technologies, the company said. CXMT announced its self‑developed LPDDR6 memory has reached mass production and commercial deployment, debuting in Xiaomi’s 18Fold flagship—the first reported global commercial use of LPDDR6 in a flagship phone.
