Hong Kong precious metals stocks rose in early trade: Tongguan Gold (00340.HK) up more than 6%, China Gold International (02099.HK) up about 4%, Lingbao Gold (03330.HK) up over 3%, while Zijin Mining (02899.HK), Zijin Gold International (02259.HK) and Zhaojin Mining (01818.HK) each rose more than 2.5%.

CSI Convertible Bond Index opened 0.09% higher. Hejin Convertible Bond, Haomei Convertible Bond, Zyi Convertible Bond 2, Jushen Convertible Bond and Jincheng Convertible Bond led gains, up 5.50%, 2.86%, 1.81%, 1.72% and 1.62% respectively. Wanxun Convertible Bond, Tianmai Convertible Bond, Daotong Convertible Bond, Outong Convertible Bond and Dazhong Convertible Bond led losses, down 2.40%, 1.34%, 1.29%, 1.20% and 0.99% respectively.
