The ministry also ordered measures to upgrade the consumer market by implementing a plan to better match supply and demand, fast-tracking high-quality development of traditional industries, and running brand-promotion campaigns including a "Four 100" program to foster world-class consumer brands. Finally, MIIT said it will strengthen national medicine-reserve management and continuous monitoring/dispatch of key medical supplies to ensure supplies of shortage drugs, table salt and new-standard e-bikes.
