At HKEX’s China Opportunities Forum in Shanghai on Sept. 8, Shanghai Stock Exchange international cooperation director Zhang Bin said the exchange will introduce more flexible, targeted measures to attract long-term capital and step up outreach to sovereign wealth funds and other long‑horizon investors.
