Kuwait's crude exports have risen to about 1.0 mln bpd as shipping through the
Strait of Hormuz resumes, including ship-to-ship transshipments outside the
strait, Kuwait Oil Co. International Marketing MD Sabah said. The company is
delivering directly to customers and is using owned and chartered tankers; as
more tankers find routes through the strait, exports have recovered to roughly
two-thirds of last year's daily average of 1.6 mln bpd after falling to
multi-year lows following the outbreak of war between the US and Iran in late
February.
