At its Sept. 8 interim results meeting Yandong Micro said Yandong Technology’s 12‑inch line is planned at 40k wafers/month; construction capacity has reached 40k and yields exceed 99%, with output set to rise as new products move to mass production. The Beidian Integration 12‑inch project is planned at 50k wafers/month, began construction in 2024, had equipment moved in during Q4 2025 and is in equipment debugging and capacity ramp; mass production is expected by end‑2026 and full capacity by 2030. The company noted foundry profitability remains sensitive to downstream demand, industry supply and upstream costs; both lines are steadily ramping and will approach breakeven as orders and yields improve.
