Sept. 8 — At HKEX’s 2026 China Opportunities Forum roundtable on Stock Connect’s next phase, Wang Shenghui, director of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s Member Management Department, said the exchange will work with stakeholders to study adding more eligible tech-innovation companies and products to Stock Connect. He said areas to advance include: increasing the supply of investable securities; enhancing cross-border investment convenience; and strengthening market operations and infrastructure.
