U.S. Department of Justice is investigating whether NVIDIA (NVDA.O)'s $20 billion licensing deal with AI chip startup Groq was deliberately structured to evade antitrust review.

The exchange instructed members to warn clients, intensify investor education and promote rule‑compliant, prudent trading, and said it will step up market supervision and strictly investigate and penalize violations to preserve market order and investor rights.
