A Shenzhen subsidiary of China Overseas won tender B401-0151 in Futian’s Xiangmihu for CNY2.55 bln after 250 offline bidding rounds, a 125% premium to the CNY1.131 bln starting price. The plot, converted from commercial (C1) to residential class R2 and formerly part of the Antuoshan 10-06 plan, covers 5,848 sqm with a floor area ratio of 3.1, gross floor area of ~26,002 sqm (residential 24,722 sqm). Winning floor price about CNY98,100/sq m. Seven developers, including CHINA RES LAND and China Merchants Shekou, participated.

Norway's prime minister said on Sept. 9 that a drone nearly struck the plane carrying Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on a flight from Moldova to Oslo, but did not disclose the source or how close the drone came. Zelenskiy arrived in Oslo on Sept. 8 and attended the funeral of the late King Harald V on Sept. 9; Ukrainian authorities have not yet commented.
