At a Sept. 10 State Council Information Office briefing, CSRC Vice Chairman Li
Chao said the regulator will raise capital market inclusiveness and adaptability
and optimize issuance and listing rules to support the scale-up of quality firms
across emerging industries, future industries, upgraded traditional sectors,
modern services and new consumption. He said the CSRC will proactively align
with global tech innovation and industrial change, and continue to step up work
on tech-finance and four other priority initiatives to improve the capital
market’s support for new productive forces.
