Hubei provincial government issued the Digital Hubei 15th Five-Year Plan,
setting a 2030 target that digital-intelligent technologies become a core driver
of high-quality growth, digital infrastructure capacity rise significantly, and
data marketization and value realization improve materially. The plan aims to
build a national hub for the digital-intelligent economy, drive notable digital
transformation across primary, secondary and tertiary industries, establish
integrated storage-and-compute industrial bases, lift photonics and other
digital industry clusters to trillion-yuan scale, and raise core digital-economy
industry value added to about 13% of GDP by 2030.
