It will steadily advance risk control in key areas, actively and orderly prevent and resolve risks at local small- and medium-sized financial institutions and uphold the bottom line of no blow-ups. The regulator will comprehensively strengthen five major supervisory areas to make oversight more forceful and deterrent, and require financial institutions to coordinate five major workstreams and boost support for major national strategies, key sectors and weak links.
