Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps navy said on Sept. 10 local time it intercepted a US unmanned surface vessel “on a mission” at the entrance to the Strait of Hormuz. The IRGC navy said the Strait of Hormuz is under its control and surveillance and that any hostile forces in the area will be targeted.

On Sept. 10 the Foreign Ministry said China immediately offered emergency assistance to Nepal following a debris‑flow disaster and has supported Nepal’s emergency relief and rescue efforts. China, as a traditional friendly neighbour, said it is willing to provide post‑disaster reconstruction assistance within its capacity and according to Nepal’s needs.

Speaking at the AI and New Industrialization session of the 2026 Future Investment Conference during the 26th CIFIT, Zero One Wanwu CEO and Innovation Works chairman Li Kaifu said AI is shifting from supplying answers to executing tasks, coordinating workflows and supporting decision-making, with implications for corporate organization and management systems. He said real transformation requires senior management to break information silos, reallocate resources and deploy AI against firms’ most important operational and strategic problems. Li cited intelligent agents aiding risk identification, evidence collation and decision quality, but stressed final judgment and legal responsibility remain human: "AI cannot assume responsibility."
