MIIT and eight other ministries issued the 15th Five-Year plan for the intelligent, connected new-energy vehicle (NEV) industry, setting 2030 targets: passenger-car average fuel consumption of 3.3 L/100km and battery-electric passenger-car average energy consumption of about 11.5 kWh/100km. The plan calls for significant improvements in key technologies and deployment of high-level autonomous driving on highways, urban expressways and selected urban roads.

At its 2026 semiannual briefing, Angrui Micro said L-PAMiD 5G transceiver modules for high-end devices continued shipping in 1H. Its high‑integration 5G Phase 8L modules have moved into scaled volume production with brand customers, and the company is sending multiple Phase 8 module specifications to several brand customers for sample validation.

At an Sep 10 earnings briefing, Fengli Intelligent said its reducer lineup — harmonic reducers, planetary reducers and micro reducers for dexterous-hand joints — can be used in humanoid-robot applications. The company said the products have completed series development, are capable of volume deliveries, have engaged with multiple robot customers, and it is expanding reducer production capacity using proceeds from a private placement investment project.
