Saudi output declined 75,000 bpd to 7.276 mln bpd. UAE +54,000 bpd to 3.835 mln bpd; Kuwait +49,000 bpd to 1.894 mln bpd; Nigeria +35,000 bpd to 1.573 mln bpd; Venezuela +23,000 bpd to 1.145 mln bpd; Libya -9,000 bpd to 1.355 mln bpd. Smaller moves: Gabon +10,000 bpd to 217,000 bpd; Algeria +5,000 bpd to 999,000 bpd; Guinea -8,000 bpd to 47,000 bpd; Congo -1,000 bpd to 275,000 bpd.

Late on Sept. 10 local time, Algeria’s defense ministry said it will ban UAE-registered civilian and military aircraft, including inbound and outbound flights, from Algerian airspace from 0000 on Sept. 11. Commercial civilian services to and from Algiers’ Houari Boumediene International Airport are exempt and may continue operating until end-2026, when existing contracts expire. Earlier the foreign ministry said Algeria had severed diplomatic relations with the UAE effective immediately.
