摩根大通可持续投资研究团队统计，截至2026年7月，美国已有15个州提出暂停或限制新建数据中心的措施。不过，全面暂停建设的政策推进有限：6个州的提案已经失败，缅因州方案遭否决，只有纽约州通过行政命令实施一年期暂停审批，其余提案仍处于提出或继续审议阶段。 摩根大通指出，大部分数据中心项目仍在推进，各州后续可能更多采用独立电价、长期用电承诺、基础设施费用分摊和用水披露等方式管理新增负荷。

BOE Technology (A‑share) told investors it expects September 2026 TV panel prices to be flat as the industry shifts toward on‑demand production. It said Q3 demand remains weak after early restocking, leaving supply-demand relatively loose, and that rising memory-chip prices could pressure mainstream device shipments; however accelerating TV screen-size growth should keep shipped panel area up YoY. BOE expects mainstream monitor (MNT) and notebook (NB) panel prices to remain steady in September.
