Central Cyberspace Administration, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and
Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the Digital Rural
High-Quality Development Action Plan (2026–2030). The plan calls for building
integrated rural application infrastructure, strengthening satellite and
airborne remote-sensing data sharing, and accelerating deeper deployment of the
BeiDou satellite navigation system in precision operations and disaster
monitoring/warning. It also promotes blockchain for agricultural product
traceability and rural collective-asset management, and seeks to expand
low‑altitude-economy applications across agriculture and rural services.
