Seema Shah, chief global strategist at Principal Asset Management, said a Fed rate rise next week is all but certain and market attention has shifted from whether the Fed will hike to how many hikes this cycle will require. She expects the Fed will not stop after a single hike, saying policymakers may conclude multiple increases are needed to restore price stability after inflation has run above target for five consecutive years.
