Construction of a Yangtze River Delta joint scientific data‑sharing platform
formally began at the Pujiang Innovation Forum opening on Sept 12. Shanghai and
the provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui signed a framework agreement in
June; the platform will aggregate regional science and technology data resources
to support the Shanghai–Yangtze River Delta science and technology innovation
center and enable freer, more efficient cross‑regional flow and use of
scientific data.
