AP reported on Sept. 12 that the commander of the U.S. Army training unit in Germany said U.S. soldiers have been sent to Ukraine to study drone-warfare techniques. AP said Ukraine is employing drone tactics against Russia, and as the U.S. seeks to integrate drone capabilities and tactics into its own forces, U.S.-Ukrainian military cooperation has tightened. AP visited a U.S. training site in Germany and observed exercises to see how the U.S. is cooperating with and learning from Ukraine.
