The Wall Street Journal reports Russia is mass-producing smart, low-cost new weapons at a faster rate than Ukraine and the US.

macobserver reported Apple disclosed six iPhone Duo–specific APIs in a technical briefing, notably an API allowing apps to request a second window (UIWindowSceneActivation). Apple says iPhone Duo is its first iPhone to support native dual-instance apps, but the new window can open only on the inner screen, not the outer display. iOS currently does not natively allow two independent installs of the same app (e.g. two WeChat instances). Apple’s notes indicate iPhone Duo should in theory permit two concurrent WeChat sessions with separate accounts, but practical support has not been verified.

US President Trump, speaking at the Irish Open in Doonbeg on Sunday, defended his call for Irish reunification as "a fairly conventional remark," saying it reflects his personal view and that many agree. The comments have sparked controversy in Northern Ireland. He declined to say whether UK prime minister Andy Burnham should call a referendum on the issue.
