Sept 14 — First ministers of Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland meet in Cardiff today to discuss closer cooperation, including constitutional matters, the BBC reported. The gathering is the first face-to-face meeting since Plaid Cymru leader Rhun ap Iorwerth became Wales first minister in May. Scotland is led by SNP leader and first minister John Swinney; Northern Ireland by Sinn Féin's Michelle O'Neill. It is the first time all three devolved governments are led by pro-independence first ministers.
