China Securities Association has circulated a draft revision of the securities firms and staff integrity implementation rules for industry comment, with feedback due Sept. 29. Article 13 expressly establishes a remuneration clawback: where a firm confirms staff engaged in integrity violations, it may recover pay pursuant to labour contracts and internal rules. The draft also pairs positive incentives — staff who resist improper benefit transfers and proactively report major integrity risks may receive priority in awards and promotions. The one-for-one clawback-and-incentive design is intended to close the compliance loop at firm level.
