State media quoted acting defence minister Reza saying some US officials wrongly believe repeated threats can erode Iran’s resolve; he argued such repetition signals a paralysis in opponents’ intelligence and analysis rather than credible deterrence. Reza dismissed those threats as political posturing lacking grounding in actual military capability, and said Iran’s decision-making does not treat them as meaningful. He warned that if another war breaks out, Iran would be stronger and more technologically advanced than in any previous conflict, and said continued growth in Iran’s defence industry and weapons production is proceeding with strong momentum.
