It also aims to shore up communications equipment competitiveness, accelerate breakthroughs in high‑end data, optical, mobile and satellite communications and new short‑range wireless, and promote intelligent upgrades to industrial control equipment with integrated compute–control–sensing industrial computing. Targets include high‑end laser equipment (high‑performance lasers, ultra‑precision laser processing, precision opto‑mechanical systems), digitalized and integrated radar for autonomous driving and low‑altitude economy applications, and accelerated tech development for transfer/handling equipment to expand flexible, intelligent manufacturing deployments.
