China A-shares closed lower: Shanghai Composite -0.54%, Shenzhen Composite Index
-0.72%, ChiNext Index -1.15%; STAR 50 Index +1.55%. Combined turnover on
Shanghai and Shenzhen was CNY1.61 trillion, a YTD low, down CNY16.5 billion vs.
the prior session. Over 4,300 stocks fell. Wind-turbine equipment led gains,
with Dajin Heavy Industry hitting the daily limit. PCB names strengthened —
Aohong Electronics marked a third straight limit-up — and MLCC theme was active
as Shuangxing New Materials notched a third consecutive limit-up. Agricultural
shares pulled back; Xinnong Development and Dunhuang Seed hit limit-down.
Lithography-machine, semiconductor and minor-metals sectors outperformed; grain,
new retail, tourism and education & leisure sectors underperformed.
