At the 2026 China Computing Power Conference forum on Sept. 12, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) released the "Compute-Power Grid · Compute-Power Coordination High-Quality Development Project Repository" and upgraded the compute–power coordination public service platform to version 2.0. The repository aggregates nationwide compute–power coordination project practices, establishes industry exemplars, and is intended as a public-service vehicle to scale coordination from pilot to deployment. CAICT says it will collect projects year-round, periodically verify progress and measured results with firms, dynamically update project status and empirical outcomes, and integrate the repository with policy research, standards development, testing and certification, and the public-service platform to promote replication and broader implementation.

也门安全与情报分析师穆罕默德·巴沙表示,与伊朗结盟的也门胡塞武装认为,诉诸武力是施加最大压力、实现其目标的最有效方式。巴沙说:“胡塞武装如今想要一切。他们想要整个也门。他们希望获得政府地位的承认,并控制资源、领空及海港。随后,他们才会与其他也门各方进行谈判。归根结底,他们希望沙特承认其合法政府地位。”巴沙说,“即便胡塞武装控制整个国家,他们仍会寻求沙特提供数十亿美元的赔偿和重建方案。即便沙特提供了这些资金,又有什么能保证胡塞武装不会要求额外资金或提出更多要求?这正是沙特目前面临的棘手局面。”他补充:“我不认为伊朗能够完全控制局势。他们或许在当地派驻了顾问,也能向胡塞武装施压或促使其采取某些行动。伊朗造就了今天的胡塞武装。但胡塞武装能否在没有伊朗的情况下生存?当然可以!”
