The Times reports UK Prime Minister Burnham will hold his first meeting with US President Trump in New York next week.

ProRail, the Dutch government rail infrastructure agency, said multiple track sections across the Netherlands show materials that appear to have been deliberately placed; staff are removing the items. Since Tuesday morning services in the country’s central and northern regions have been severely disrupted; ProRail warned of delays and cancellations. Faults at multiple level crossings may affect road traffic, and during these segment faults signalling/computer systems can register a section as "occupied" even when no train is present.
