Sept. 15, 2026 — The U.S. International Trade Commission voted an affirmative final determination in the second antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) sunset review on boltless steel shelving imported from China. The ITC found that revocation of the existing AD/CVD measures would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the U.S. industry within the reasonably foreseeable future. Consequently, the current AD/CVD measures remain in effect.
