Ukraine foreign minister Andriy Sybiha said Russian terror attacks are occurring
daily, citing a morning FPV drone strike on a passenger bus in Nikopol region
that killed at least five and wounded seven, and a separate attack on the
Kyiv–Mykolaiv passenger train from which passengers and staff evacuated. He
called for sustained and escalating international pressure: each new attack
should prompt fresh sanctions targeting Russian revenues, technology, production
and supply chains, and systematic disruption of Russia’s war machine, production
and financing. Sybiha said Ukraine urgently needs more air-defence systems and
interceptors and warned that if Moscow escalates, pressure on Russia must
escalate accordingly.
