State Grid Corp. said it will provide fair, efficient grid-connection services
for new energy, new-type storage and integrated source–grid–load–storage
business models. It will deepen "supply+efficiency" services, fully deploy
"Enterprise Electricity Assistant" and push energy-efficiency bills to 100% of
registered high-voltage customers via "Online State Grid." The company will
offer free energy audits and green power/green-certificate advisory services,
support zero-carbon park construction, and back direct green-power connections
for export-oriented firms and renewable-energy substitution.
