Several dealers say Huawei told them Wenjie will formally withdraw from HarmonyOS Zhixing and Huawei-branded stores effective Jan. 1, 2027. Dealers will choose to represent Huawei, HarmonyOS Zhixing or the Wenjie brand. Wenjie will retain existing delivery centres to support after-sales and deliveries; dealers opting to sell only HarmonyOS Zhixing will remain under the direct-sales model. Huawei has not responded.
