A systematic FDE+ intelligent‑agent training programme opened in Wuhan’s East Lake High‑Tech Zone (Optics Valley). The course has three tiers—junior, intermediate and senior—and uses project delivery rather than written exams as the certification standard. Eight organisations including the Wuhan SME Development Promotion Center and the East Lake High‑Tech Zone Science and Technology Innovation Bureau formed a talent co‑development partnership; the government will align FDE qualifications, leading firms will provide industry scenarios, and universities and research institutes will supply technical instructors to create an integrated industry‑university‑research‑application pipeline. Over the next three years the plan aims to train more than 1,000 senior FDE engineers, deploy 1,000 intelligent‑agent innovation scenarios and support AI transformation at 10,000 enterprises, targeting a national FDE talent hub and a leading city for AI applications.
