Israel Defense Forces: An Israeli Air Force drone crashed into the sea off the Palmahim coast earlier today after a technical malfunction. Naval forces recovered the drone; there is currently no indication of data compromise and the incident is under investigation.

China A-shares closed lower; Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.41%, Shenzhen Composite Index down 0.33%, ChiNext down 0.40%. Combined turnover on the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets was 1.82 trillion yuan, down 16 billion yuan from the prior session. More than 2,800 stocks declined. CRO names were active throughout the session, with Baihua Pharmaceutical among stocks at their limits. Auto OEMs rallied; Zotye Auto and Ankai Bus hit daily limits. Outperformers included internet e-commerce, wind-turbine equipment, media and shipping & ports; laggards included MLCC, precious metals, electronic components and aerospace equipment.
