Li Qiang chaired the State Council executive meeting, which directed building a
medical rehabilitation and nursing system centered on primary care and extending
resources into communities and homes to improve urban and rural access. The
meeting called for leveraging technological innovation to raise rehabilitation
and nursing standards, develop more intelligent rehabilitation technologies and
devices, and broaden service scenarios. It also ordered stronger support
measures: dynamically adjust the catalog of rehabilitation medical and long-term
care services, deepen price reform for rehabilitation and nursing services, and
improve talent training and recruitment policies to enhance occupational
attractiveness.
