Small/micro non‑commercial self‑propelled RVs will follow the service life rules for small/micro non‑commercial passenger cars and will not face a mandatory scrappage limit; rental small/micro self‑propelled RVs' allowable service life is extended from 15 to 25 years, and travel trailers' from 15 to 20 years. Regions are encouraged to expand driver-training services and add C6 driving-license test centres to ease licensing for RV users.
