Russia's Foreign Ministry said on Sept. 18 it has expanded a list of European individuals banned from entering Russia in response to the EU's 21st sanctions package adopted on July 23. Additions include people involved in decisions on military aid to Ukraine; actions undermining Russia's territorial integrity; harming Russia's relations with third countries; obstructing Russian maritime transport; persecuting Russian citizens; drafting anti‑Russia legal mechanisms; or advocating illegal confiscation or use of Russian state assets. The list also covers European Parliament members, national MPs who voted for anti‑Russia resolutions, and activists and academics described as hostile. The ministry said the EU continues to impose unilateral sanctions it regards as violating international law, and Russia will continue to respond accordingly.

The Game Industry Committee said China’s domestic game market actual sales revenue was 31.627 billion yuan in August, MoM +1.7%, YoY +8.08%.
