China launched Zhuzhou Space Interstellar's PIESAT-2 satellites 13–16 at 18:50 Beijing time on Sept. 19, 2026, from Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center aboard a Long March-2D rocket. The satellites entered their planned orbit and the launch mission was successful. It was the Long March series' 668th flight.

The China Enterprise Reform and Development Research Association released the 2026 China ESG Development Report. The first batch of 430 mandatory disclosure entities all filed compliant 2025 ESG reports by April 30, 2026, yielding a 100% compliance rate.
