Iranian state media reported the Central Command of Iran’s Armed Forces said the US is planning new action targeting Iran, to be carried out with approval from regional allies, and that the plan was coordinated at a European summit.

Several drones struck and damaged a Moscow refinery; another hit a residential building. Moscow region Governor Vorobyov said the roof of a 21-storey block in Ramensky district caught fire and about 400 residents were evacuated.
