The CSRC granted registration to three public REITs: China Merchants Asset Management’s China Merchants Shekou closed-end commercial real estate securities investment fund; Huaxia–China Resources Power closed-end coal-fired power infrastructure securities investment fund; and Great Wall–Huaneng closed-end coal-fired power infrastructure securities investment fund. The latter two are the market’s first publicly offered REITs focused on coal-fired power generation.
