Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways confirmed 188 cancellations; JAL said about 120 domestic flights at Tokyo Haneda and Narita and 15 international Narita flights were canceled, affecting roughly 15,000 and 2,500 passengers respectively. ANA canceled 53 mainly Haneda flights, affecting about 9,700 passengers.
