Turkey is considering consolidating fund assets frozen by regulators after last week’s string of defaults into a single asset pool to repay investors, a person familiar with the matter said. The pool could include assets held by 131 funds ordered liquidated by the Capital Markets Board (CMB). Policymakers are still debating which agency would manage the pool; the plan is at an early stage and subject to change. The Finance Ministry and the CMB declined to comment.

Sept 20 — Lanjing New Energy signed a 5.5 bln yuan agreement in Wuxi with Yixing to build a new large cylindrical‑cell project. Lanjing, one of China’s earliest firms to mass‑produce large cylindrical cells with full tabs, said the project will spur coordinated cluster development across anode and cathode materials, separators, electrolyte, cell structural parts, cell manufacturing equipment and pack integration.
