China Civil Aviation Administration (CAAC) deputy director Hu Zhenjiang met Malaysian Transport Minister Anthony Loke in Beijing on Sept. 21 to discuss strengthening air links, deepening bilateral aviation cooperation and promoting the low‑altitude economy. The two sides signed an MOU on civil aviation safety cooperation between the CAAC and Malaysia’s civil aviation authority. CAAC chief engineer Zhu Weimin and Malaysia’s civil aviation authority chairman and CEO attended.

China State Construction said Jan–Aug 2026 new contract value RMB 2.872 tln, keeping overall order scale elevated. Domestic contracts RMB 2.449 tln. Overseas new contracts RMB 210.6 bln, up 57.4% YoY. By line, building business new contracts RMB 2.659 tln, roughly flat YoY; housing RMB 1.824 tln, +3.6% YoY; infrastructure RMB 827.7 bln; survey and design RMB 7.9 bln. Physical activity: cumulative housing construction area 1,513 mln sq m; new starts 138.8 mln sq m; completions 111.0 mln sq m.
