早盘开盘，国内期货主力合约涨跌不一，乙二醇（EG）、丙烯跌超3%，SC原油跌近2%，燃料油、低硫燃料油（LU）、聚丙烯月均、瓶片、聚丙烯跌超1%。涨幅方面，国际铜、豆二、菜粕、碳酸锂涨超1%，棉纱、沪铜、豆粕、玻璃涨近1%。

PowerChina says new-type power grid will be a core growth pillar as 2026 — the opening year of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan — sees national "six networks" annual investment exceed 7 tln yuan. The company will prioritize water and energy businesses and shift resources to strategic emerging industries. Over the 15th FYP PowerChina aims to keep water+energy investment at or above 65% and have strategic-emerging businesses account for at least 70% of incremental investment. For 2026 water projects the firm has flagged >1,400 domestic "five-star" priority projects totaling about 1.7 tln yuan and roughly 150 international "five-star" priority projects totaling ~130 bln yuan, putting tracked water projects above 1,500. PowerChina says it will assign subsidiary chiefs and dedicated project teams to priority-list projects to boost bid-to-contract conversion.
