Russia's agriculture ministry said on Monday it cut grain export duties to zero; the ministry said the policy will run through end‑2026, while a new decree cancels 'floating' export duties on wheat, barley and corn until Dec. 31 this year. It capped sunflower oil export duty at 7,748 rubles/tonne and sunflower meal at 312 rubles/tonne. The ministry said the measures aim to support domestic grain and oilseed producers and exporters amid export‑logistics reorganisation by lowering costs and improving sales predictability.
