China’s public mutual fund assets under management totaled CNY39.63 trillion at end‑August, up 1.35% MoM, the Asset Management Association of China said. Mixed funds led gains, rising about CNY256.8 billion to CNY4.09 trillion. Money‑market funds expanded to CNY16.31 trillion. Equity funds edged up to CNY5.04 trillion; bond fund size was marginally higher and overall flows were steady. Net asset values turned positive MoM in August, signalling a pickup in equity‑class sentiment, with mixed funds the largest driver of monthly scale growth.

Omdia reports Q2 2026 global true wireless (TWS) earbud shipments fell 0.7% YoY to 82.1 mln units. Open‑ear (OWS) models' share rose to 13.5% of TWS shipments. By price band, entry-level units under $50 grew 323% YoY; the $100–199 segment rose 253% YoY.
