Al Arabiya reported sources saying the Houthis maintain a significant security and political presence in Iraq and coordinate operations with local armed factions and HEZBOLLAH. An IRGC representative, Haji Hamid, is said to be responsible for coordinating Houthi activity in Iraq. In July, several Houthi commanders were killed in U.S. airstrikes in Diyala province.

At the BOE Global Innovation Partner Conference on Sept. 22, BOE chairman Chen Yanshun said AI, integrated circuits, future energy, quantum technology and life sciences will be the core tracks drawing global technology and capital.
