China's Premier Li Qiang met WorldSkills leadership in Shanghai. Li said China will step up domestic skills work and refine mechanisms for training, deployment, evaluation and incentives for skilled workers, and will continue providing experience and public goods to global skills development. China pledged ongoing support for WorldSkills' transformation and cooperation across competitions, vocational education and training, research, skills-driven poverty reduction and South‑South collaboration.
