Under the Regulations on the Administration of Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs and the Measures for Listing Non‑Medical Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs, the Ministry of Public Security, the National Health Commission and the National Medical Products Administration have decided to list the entire class of opioids in China's Non‑Medical Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Catalogue.
